Before calling for service...
Have available your make, model, and serial number. For warranty service the date of
sale is also required. For non warranty service an approximate age is sufficient.
Be prepared to advise our staff about the symptoms. A proper description will
help the technician
diagnose the problem
quicker and save you money.
